INDIA is a developing country where every year a recorded 50 lakh students graduate from thousands of educational institutions across the nation. But the problem arises in the next step i.e. “JOB”. Every year around 1.5 million engineering graduates enter the employment sector in search of a suitable position. Each of them dreams of a big name and a dignified position. But how many succeed in it? The answer is only a small proportion of Tier-I college and university degree holders because the big names limit their selection to this creamy layer only.
